Taiwan to Chicago

Jessica Hsin-Chieh Li Kamps is a pianist from Kaohsiung, Taiwan currently living in Chicago, IL. Jessica received a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Music in Piano Performance from DePaul University, and a Performance Certificate from DePaul University.

Jessica is honored with several awards in Taiwan and Chicago. In 2005, she obtained the third price of Taiwan Piano Competition. Her performance continuously amazed the audience at Kaohsiung Piano Competition, and she won the third place in the following year. She also won the Virginia Geyser Behrendt Scholarship Competition for the Chinese Fine Arts Society of Chicago in 2011, and was the Honorable Mention in both 2010 and 2012. She is the recipient of Chicago Bar Association Piano Award for 2012 and 2013.

Jessica specializes in private piano education, boasting a healthy studio of students from 4-16 years old.
